I’m so glad you’re here!
My name is Jill Connolly and I am a Licensed Therapist working with adults, teens, and children. I am most passionate about helping people like you who are faced with everyday challenges. It is not an easy decision to seek therapy and find someone that you connect with. You deserve a compassionate therapist … someone to make you feel seen, heard and connected while guiding you through the healing process. My goal is to support and promote lifelong change that will allow you to form healthy relationships and foster an overall sense of wellbeing.
A Little About Me…
I haven’t always felt confident in myself. As a child, I often struggled with difficult emotions but didn’t know how to express them in a way that brought relief. It felt like I was stuck inside my own head, which chipped away at my self-confidence. I looked around and thought everyone else had it all figured out—everyone except me.
But through life’s ups and downs, I came to realize just how untrue that was. None of us are alone in our thoughts, feelings, or experiences. We all face moments of doubt, uncertainty, and self-reflection. But those struggles don’t define us—they help shape us. And for me, that realization became a turning point.
That ah-ha moment set me on a journey of learning, growth, and transformation. If I felt this way, I knew others must too. And that’s why I do what I do today—to help others see that they’re not alone. Whether you’re a child, a parent, or an adult navigating life’s challenges, I want you to know that change is possible. Things can get better. My goal is to provide you with the tools to build confidence, find peace, and create a life that feels fulfilling and authentic.
You don’t have to do it alone—I’m here to help.
I hope I can support you on your journey.
— Jill

Education & Background
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Towson University and later pursued a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Loyola University. I worked as a school counselor in Harford and Baltimore County for 9 years. During my time as a school counselor, I developed a love for helping children and their families which inspired me to go into clinical counseling. I am currently a licensed clinical therapist working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in private practice in Bel Air.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my two amazing kids, my fur babies, reading, riding my bike, laughing, and traveling with my hubby!
