Parenting Support
You may have dreamt of having a child of your own one day. You may have painted a picture in your mind of what your family would look like. It may have been laughing around the dinner table, fun-filled vacations, siblings as best friends, lots of smiles, hugs and kisses.
Now you are a parent and have come to the realization that this idyllic family you envisioned is not quite that. But you are not alone. We all have those same visions and dreams when starting a family.
Your family does share many positive experiences, however, you are here because there may be conflict, fighting, isolation, and disconnectedness in your home. You may be wondering if you are doing this “right”. I understand that you only want the best for your child but sometimes being a parent is overwhelming and exhausting. Let’s face it, there is no guidebook to tell you what to do. You often feel guilt, anxiety, and even anger.
I am here to offer guidance, support, and practical tools as you navigate the trials and tribulations of parenthood.
